Agreement on the use of b-indkomst.dk

1. The Agreement and the Parties

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the license) is entered into between the user and b-indkomst.dk. The provisions of the agreement apply, unless otherwise agreed, to the customer's use of services on www.b-indkomst.dk.

 

The user is responsible for payment of all services provided or made available under the agreement. This also applies if the user leaves the use of the subscription to a third party.

 

The user's profile page contains all the user's receipts for purchases and it is possible to download and print these.

 

2. Registration

Registration to b-indkomst.dk allows the user to calculate his total B-income, driving deductions, other deductions and depreciation on the basis of the user's own entries. In addition, the user gets his expected tax and AM contribution calculated as a result of the user's B-income. The user also receives various types of statistics based on the user's own entries. Including i.a. the calculated hourly wage distributed per. type.

 

By registering for and acquiring a license for  b-indkomst.dk  , the user also gives his consent for  b-indkomst.dk  to process the information entered by the user.

 

The processing of the information entered by the user is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose mentioned in this agreement and is done solely for this purpose.

 

b-indkomst.dk reserves the right to further develop b-indkomst.dk as b-indkomst.dk finds best.

 

3. Payment system

b-indkomst.dk uses reepay as a payment system , which is approved by the respective acquirers with certified software, and transfers between reepay and the acquirers take place in encrypted form.

4. Interruption of operation

In the event of maintenance / technical changes, etc., b-indkomst.dk is entitled to interrupt operations for shorter periods.

 

5. Guidelines for the use of b-indkomst.dk

The user is obliged to comply with rules / guidelines set by b-indkomst.dk and obliged to notify b-indkomst.dk of any irregularities in the operation, including suspicion of any third party intrusion and unauthorized use.

 

b-indkomst.dk has all rights to software that is made available to the user.

 

The information that the user enters is only available to the user himself. b-indkomst.dk has access to the user's information, but only accesses it to provide user support or to improve the system. b-indkomst.dk has no right to share the user's information with anyone.

 

b-indkomst.dk is entitled, without prior notice, to transfer its obligations and rights in accordance with this agreement "Agreement on the use of b-indkomst.dk" to third parties.

b-indkomst.dk is allowed to send the user e-mails about offers, instructions on the use of b-indkomst.dk or other.

 

6. Term of the License

This agreement applies in principle indefinitely from the user's purchase of this as long as the user makes sure to keep the user's payment card information up to date so that automatic renewal of the subscription can be made. The user naturally has a 14-day right of withdrawal upon purchase in accordance with applicable Danish law. After the expiration of the 14 days, the user hereby waives the right to receive all or part of the amount paid back. The 14 days only apply in relation to the first draw on the card. The subscription can then be terminated as described below.

 

7. Termination of the license and termination

 

By entering into this agreement, the user accepts that b-indkomst.dk may automatically renew the user's subscription by withdrawing the amount on the user's payment card corresponding to the amount of the current subscription price at b-indkomst.dk. Renewal takes place at the end of the user's existing subscription.

 

It is the user's responsibility that the user's payment card information is updated so that b-indkomst.dk can automatically renew the subscription. User information that has been deleted as a result of the lack of opportunity for b-indkomst.dk to automatically renew the user's subscription is the sole responsibility of the user.

 

The user can renew the user's payment card information via the profile page. b-indkomst.dk does not store the sensitive parts of the user's payment card information, but stores data on the expiry date and those of the payment card's figures that make it possible for b-indkomst.dk to identify to the user which payment card it is. This data makes it possible for b-indkomst.dk to make the user aware when a payment card is about to expire. b-indkomst.dk can thus help the user with unwanted loss of access to b-indkomst.dk, which could mean loss of valuable data.

b-indkomst.dk does not store and does not at any time in either the payment process or the renewal of payment cards have knowledge of all the user's payment card information. Only the payment gateway (reepay) with which b-indkomst.dk cooperates is aware of this data. Reepay is approved by the respective acquirers with certified software, and transfers between reepay and the acquirers take place in encrypted form.

 

Subscription agreements are terminated on the user's profile page.

 

b-indkomst.dk may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice in return for repaying the share of the user's annual license that may be left at this time.

 

b-indkomst.dk reserves the right to delete all data after a user's license has expired. If the user buys another license before the expiry of the previous one, the license is not considered to have expired.

 

8. Responsibility

b-indkomst.dk is not responsible for any operational disruptions (as well as losses that this may cause to the user), but must try to correct any errors as soon as possible.

 

A user may not raise claims against b-indkomst.dk in connection with operational disruptions, regardless of the reason for these.

 

b-indkomst.dk is not responsible for changes in the tax legislation that may be implemented in such a hurry that it will not be possible to update the underlying calculations in b-indkomst.dk in time for any new legislation to enter into force. .

 

The individual user is responsible for updating all his information, including fee income, deductions and investments, so that b-indkomst.dk's calculations are made on a correct basis.

 

The individual user is responsible for ensuring that the information entered by the user complies with applicable legislation, etc., including rules laid down by SKAT. b-indkomst.dk cannot be held responsible for the information entered by the user.

 

Software provided by b-indkomst.dk is made available without liability.

 

b-indkomst.dk is not responsible for losses that the user may suffer as a result of others becoming aware of the user's password, etc., as well as any demands from customers for the refund of payments made over the Internet, regardless of what objections the customer may raise.

 

The individual user must inform SKAT about the user's B-income and all relevant information related to this. The information that the user provides to SKAT is irrelevant to b-indkomst.dk and it is the user's responsibility to provide information correctly to SKAT.

 

The user's possible membership of an unemployment fund, including the user's possible receipt of unemployment benefits or the right to receive unemployment benefits in the future, is only a matter between the user and the unemployment fund.

 

It is the user's responsibility to make sure that the user's browser is up to date so that it is the latest version of the browser that the user is using. Security issues that arise as a result of the user's use of the user's browser are the sole responsibility of the user.

 

b-indkomst.dk is not obliged to support any specific browser or version of browser. It is the user's responsibility to use an optimal browser in relation to b-indkomst.dk.

 

9. Personal data policy

b-indkomst.dk has a strong focus on respecting your privacy and strives to ensure that all data provided to us is maintained and handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Default

In the event of the user's material breach of this agreement, b-indkomst.dk is entitled to terminate the agreement immediately and terminate the user's connection. In this case, the user will not receive a refund of the amount paid - neither in full nor in part.

 

11. Choice of law and venue

If there are disagreements between b-indkomst.dk and the user, it has been agreed that Danish law shall apply.

 

12. Prices

The price for a 1-year license is DKK 899 including VAT.

The price for a 1-month license is DKK 89 including VAT.

 

Applicable prices and price structure are subject to change at any time.

 

13. Entry into force

The terms of this agreement ("Agreement on the use of b-indkomst.dk") apply from August 1st 2021.
